ENTRY FEE $50 FOR ALL THREE CATEGORIES!

Division 1: Pork Steak

The following may apply:

Anyone over the age of 14 may enter.

Contestants must furnish their own bbq grill, equipment, sauce, and meat
Contest will be judged on Taste, Tenderness, and Appearance
1st Place- $225              2nd Place- $100             3rd Place- $25

Meat used will be pork steaks only, must turn in two (2) on a white paper plate, without garnishments (Plates

will be provided.)

Fires can be started anytime of the day of the contest and all plates must be turned in between 1 :00-2:00pm. Sign

in will begin at 8:00am.

Division 2: Pork Ribs

Anyone over the age of 14 may enter.

Contestants must furnish their own bbq grill, equipment, and ribs.

(BABY BACK , SPARE, OR ST. LOUIS CUT ONLY!)
Contest will be judged on Taste, Tenderness, and Appearance
1 st Place- $225             2nd Place- $1 00            3rd Place $25

Meat used will be pork ribs (No country style.) Must turn in six individual ribs on a white paper plate, without garnishment. (Plates will be provided.) Fires can be started any time of the day and all plates must be turned in

between 2:00-3:00. Sign-in will begin at 8:00am.

Division 3: Chef's Choice

Basically, anything goes! Must turn in enough for 6 judges. Plates provided.
